For a cheerful, elegant performance of this passage, the middle voices have to be played with a fluent legato. The wrist is relaxed and can move freely in all directions, for instance to support the thumb legato. Quick finger substitutions make me think of the movements of a spider.

Voor een opgewekte, elegant uitvoering van deze passage dienen de middenstemmen met een vloeiend legato te worden gespeeld. De pols is ontspannen en kan naar believen in alle richtingen bewegen, bijvoorbeeld om het duimlegato te ondersteunen. Snelle vingerwisselingen doen mij denken aan de bewegingen van een spin.
