Reflecting on the first performance of The Enchanted Desert (1)
The premiere of The Enchanted Desert in the Der-Aakerk in Groningen on 30th June was very successful. It confirmed what we knew already, that it has the potential to appeal to a large variety of listeners/spectators, including those who do not have the habit of listening to Western classical music, be it from the past or the present.
